Why We Are Different

There are millions of websites related to real estate business: countless sites owned by the individual agents and brokers, along with mega sites, which have the data about all the properties listed anywhere in the country.  It is not easy to navigate the Net if you are not a real estate professional. 

Many people would start their search for a dream home by going through the listings in the area they want to live in, and would end up talking to the listing agent of a home they like.   The question you should ask yourself here is this: would the listing agent, who is paid by the seller, represent your best interest?

Some people prefer to find a real estate agent first, and then start searching for a home.  While this path is more sensible, the question is: how to find the right agent? 

The same question is even more crucial when you are a seller.   Unlike the buyer, the seller has a written agreement with the real estate broker, and unable to easily replace the broker before that agreement expires.
